cs 5000 norw 162 not working

cs5000 I cant get norw 162 to work
first had all auto rolls off
then turned all auto rolls on
have been waiting
No channels

Anyone with same problem?

Any help would be great

Sorry, guys...bin 162 already zapped...B*v down since 5:30 PM today...DN dow since AM...have to wait for new bin files...Rumor that B*v up with 157, but I have not tested...Good luck and just be patient

yes, from what i can tell ur on D!sh.. please scan for BEV the 162 works on BEV only, i had the same problem with D!sh, and i uploaded 162, nothing came up then i scaned 110W and played with LNB FREQ. till i got B3ll Exr3ss view, then as soon as i completed blind scan, boom all BEV channels up and running...

i belive the key thats up is for BEV not D!SH thats why ppl with D!SH cant see no channels,, scan BEV on the 162 key...
i did the same i had D!SH and no channels came up after i loaded 162..then i scaned for BEV and all channels are working...
