be sure as ford suggests your seperator is conncected to the correct IF inputson the back of the receiver

Tuner1

lnb type OCS-DP

If you see good S&Q and says 119 in blue box on right, press the small red button on the remote to scan for channels. Save and go on to 110

110
lnb type OCS-DP
Connection type Seperator
lnb freq 11250
TP 12224
22khz off
diseqc port 2
If you see good S&Q and says 110 in blue box on right, press the small red button on the remote to scan for channels.

In the menu be sure all sort by SID options are on, autoroll and auto tp On. Set your time, date, GMT and set to Auto. Turn Standby EPG on and if your not using a home theater leave Auto Dolby Select Off.

Once you get it all scanned, the keys in the bin are not up to date so leave it on ch 200 CNN until the picture pops on.

I like to scan each tuner individually. Once tuner1 is working, Press the SAT button and switch to tuner2 and repeat the same steps for setting up and scanning tuner1. Once everything is working try both receivers and see if everything works.

The coaxial jumpers from the seperator to the receiver must also be RG6. If all else fails try it without the seperator just in case you may have a faulty one.
