WALL STREET: Watching Sirius Shares, DIRECTV Money Move
After falling more than 10 percent during trading Monday, shares in Sirius climbed 3 cents to 88 cents during trading Tuesday --- In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing released Tuesday, DIRECTV said it is offering to exchange outstanding 7.625-percent Senior Notes due 2016 for newly issued, registered notes. DIRECTV said terms of the new notes are identical to existing notes in all material respects except for certain transfer restrictions, registration rights and additional interest payment provisions.
