DirecTV remote help please

Hello. We own 2 Mitsubishi TVs and we recently had DirecTV installed. We cannot find the codes for either TV to have power and volume on the DirecTV remote. We have tried all codes in the manual, but no luck. Any hints? Thanks, Kathy
 
What you can do call Direct tv and ask for customer service and they will take care of you ...............
