DIRECTV Teams with NCC on Ad Effort


DIRECTV has formed a unique partnership for the integration of regional sports offerings and sales efforts.

NCC, the nation's largest spot cable sales organization, on Monday announced an advertising sales and technology partnership with DIRECTV. As part of the agreement, NCC will integrate select regional sports network feeds currently offered to DIRECTV customers into advertising interconnects in nine major markets.

NCC also said it will assume national spot sales representation for DIRECTV's regional sports networks in these markets.

Markets covered in the deal include Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
