Dish 5000 problem, can someone help?

hello
i have question i have been use disc5000 it's working good for couple week but now everytime i turn on i got scramble channel . Everyone here know have to my sa disc 5000 ???

I can't answer your problem as I am having the same problem myself. I have the most recent fix, and have even reprogrammed my reciever from the information recieved on this site.
My reciever only goes to "scramble channel" and won't come off. Any ideas would be appreciated, I can't think of anything else to do.
I have a Coolsat 5000, I have tried the switch off and back on to get the keys to roll. I haven't manually entered the keys yet though so I'm not sure if it is needed or how to do it.
Again any help would be great.
