DISH Network HD services to be changed to a proprietary "turbo-charged"

system in Aug
Hello everyone, I was doing my daily tech reading this morning and fell on this article: hxxp://gizmodo.com/5031461/dish-network-will-broadcast-in-1080p-streaming-blu+ray-quality-video-now-possible-but-unlikely . According to the article, as early as August, Dish Network will be coming out with what they call: "TurboHD".

" Current DISH Network customers with MPEG-4 HD and HD DVR receivers are being automatically upgraded and will have their systems "turbo-charged" by early August with all the features and benefits of TurboHD. "

In essence, TurboHD is suppost to allow 1080p encoding and decription of signal, so here's my question: Will the new nFusion HD support this new encoding or will my new pre-ordered box become obsolete even before it is released? Since every HD sub on Dish will receive this update, it would make sense to think that the add-on module that comes with nFusion HD won't be able to decode HD on Dish starting next month.

I'm hoping that someone with real insider knowledge about nFusion HD will let us know that this is already forseen for and hardware/software is already in place to deal with it.

EDIT: cant do live links so replace the XX's in hxxp hxxp://gizmodo.com/5031461/dish-network-will-broadcast-in-1080p-streaming-blu+ray-quality-video-now-possible-but-unlikely
