PROGRAMMING: DISH Partners with Gravitas, Dylan on XM
Gravitas Ventures, a distributor and marketer of content across video-on-demand platforms, said it signed an agreement with DISH Network. Gravitas provides cable, satellite and telco operators access to feature films, documentaries, music, alternative sport and event specials from more than 50 independent producers --- Bob Dylan's award-winning XM music show, "Theme Time Radio Hour," will launch its third season today at 10 a.m. Eastern on the satellite radio service. Dylan's weekly radio program will air on Deep Tracks XM channel 40 on Wednesdays.
