Duo conaxsat

I have spent a good 15 hrs setting up my Cnx duo. it been working fine until Thursday night. 2 things seemed to be a problem. 1. 119 about 70 and 0 on frequency but 110 was 95 and 95. 2. Of course it went down like everybody's.

To date, I have a DTP_2.53.UPB (upgrade from the 2.52) the IX-X00-E_A2.0.18_T1455.DGL(I have been able to get "Registration Ok" on the IKS so that tells me that the dongle is working and now I am trying to add DTP_5.16_Factory.UPB (which by the way was the previous file I had on before Friday's blackout) but everytime I try to add it on I get "Update to new Software" message.

Could someone be so kind as to assist me resolve the problem? Thanks in advance.

This is the "True FTA" part of the forum - not the CNX Duo. You need to look in the Conaxsat/Duo for help & post there, please. I responded in the nano2 thread too for you.

Thanks for the break i am really sorry. I am trying to find my way there. Could somebody please point me to the right sections? P.S. I did mess it up already and now i am looking to know how to undo the changes or reset my box and then follow the steps herein.
