i have a coolsat 7000, with the e-01 message, i try to put the factory with my r32 cable and when i download it it stops at 23 % download and gives the e-11 message. what do i have to do

Also you have to make sure you unzip the file before you load it.

right click on your mouse and go to extract all files to desk top,
then you go and open loader go to browse and choose the open file then you download also make sure your loader is on software....

Turn of from behind and see if that would let you load it. Maybe there is something wrong with your receiver...........

then your receiver must be fried..

can you go into the menu, if you can do factory reset then load the latest bin.
