How do I reinstall my nVidia drivers?

I don't have the CD or anything and I have Vista.I pressed CTRL ALT DOWN and i fixed the size back butnow my 3D screensaver doesnt workand my current chip isn't compatible even though it was before.how do i uninstall it?

Download:http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-usRe-install and reboot. You should be fine once rebooted.

Try the nVidia website or your manufacturer's websiteand download it from there. That's really all you can do...

your video drivers are messed up... id suggest uninstalling them ...then install NEW updated drivers from their web sight...http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-ushttp://ati.amd.com/support/driver.HTML ( its one of these two sites)
