right now my specs are intel croe 2 quad q9650p5Q MB4 GB RAMHD 4870 1 GB500 GB Serial ATA HDDim planning to add 4 more gigs and maybe MAYBE a raid 0 configuration would that be a good performance booster in both normal computing, video editing and games?

The extra 4 Gigs of Ram will require a 64bit OS.The Raid 0 configuration requires 2 or more HD's and the smaller and the more of them the better. 4 X 250 GB in a Raid ) will be much faster than a 1 TB drive and also will run cooler and last longer.I have 6 X 250 GB HD's in Raid 0 with 5 partitionsBoot files (C)XP (X)Vista Ultimate (V)Windows 7 RC (W) Storage (S)This way all personal files, downloads, and backups are on the S driveWith this configuration I can reinstall any of the OS's any time I feel the need and I lose zero Files.Games are also installed on the S drive and after reinstalling any game in the same folder as before all my progress is where it was before.
