I just received a Craig 1GB MP4 player & video w/1.5 in. color display. I have a problem w/ downloading music

I have windows XP and I'm having problems with the downloading of the music onto the device. The music isn't downloading onto the device. I need help/or direction to what web site I should download music from or a better way to download music?The model #: CMP615D

I have one too and I got it 4 days ago. If you have iTunes, you should be able to just drag and drop the music onto your MP4 player.1.Go to Start and click on "My Computer".2.You should see it on "My Computer" as the (F drive.3. Click on the (F drive and then open iTunes.4. After that just drag and drop any music file onto the (F drive.If this doesn't work for you I'm sorry and you should go to: www.craigelectronics.com. Click on the "Contact Us" tab and you should find their information right there on the page.
