ihub problems

Hi All,
I am kind of confused with a latest bin file for SV360 PRE so please bear with my dumb questions.

I was able to configure my Ihub to 1.4 --

1. What is a lastest bin file?

2. Can I use the loader 2.01 to load the bin file or I have to use USB tick to load the bin file?

3. When connect the STB box with the Ihub on the back. Will it still need to connect to the internet?

Any suggestions or ideas?

You only need to connect to the internet and the receiver is going to download the bin
