[Not Working!] is pansat 2700 down?

I wnt to ask if pansat 2700a is not working? i download bin 215 and it is down then I did it with bin 215.1 but same results. I'm on echo 110 and 119.

i beleive they are down right now....files should be out soon....ricklbert
