Is the Thermaltake MaxOrb a good cooler for AMD phenom x4 955 black?

Hello, i was wondering if the Thermaltake MaxOrb is a good cooler for the AMD phenom x4 955 black edition. I want to be able to overclock it to probably no more than 3.6ghz and keep it under 50 celcius. if this is not a good cooler for this then please fill me in on what is, thank you.
