I want to exploit my Nvidia graphic card to it's fullest capabilities so, is there any advance/special Nvidia proprietary drivers that needs to be paid first then download? or is it all free?

It should all be free. They money they get is for the hardware, and the hardware is useless without drivers.

Coming from a person who builds computers for a living, I know that 99% of the drivers out there are free. If you're buying from a big name like nVidia, Logitech, Microsoft, etc. the drivers will always be free. So I guess to answer your question, no your drivers will not cost money. However if you wanted to get more power out of your cards, I would look into overclocking, depending on which model card you have you can either overclock them with a program, or you might actually have to send it in to a company that does overclocking. I hope this helps.

Drivers from the hardware manufacturer are free. You shouldn't use any other drivers.(Driver updates don't give you new capabilities, they just fix bugs. If you don't have a problem, don't update your driver - that could CAUSE a problem.)
