Mississauga man faces murder charges

<div><font size="4">A Mississauga man is facing second-degree murder charges after his common-law partner was found dead in their apartment.

Peel Regional Police say they received a 911 call just after 1 a.m. ET on Saturday for a domestic disturbance at 6719 Glen Erin Drive.

When officers arrived they found Marilyn Dellaire with obvious signs of trauma.

The 56-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her common-law partner Doug McCoy, 48, has been arrested.
