I've been looking for hours trying to find out how to upgrade my receiver and I've learned nothing. I downloaded the new Platinum/Lite file but I have no idea on how to install them. I dont have a serial port so I had to buy a USB-Serial Converter. What do I do?

I found the problem. It appears that i was using a broken USB port. SO I couldnt use the loader.
