[Question?] New file for MAXHD

I just installed the new file for my MAXHD. When it finished downloading I had no channels. When I went to ANT SET-UP. I could not get a quality or signal strength on 110 119 or Ciel 2 (110 and 119 on 1 dish and Ciel 2 on another). Everything was working fine before that other that some missing channels. I dont know where to go from here. I tried to reset with the switch on the back to no avail. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

try unscrewing cable line the it work for me cable line to the reciver i had the same problem

Tried that. Didnt work for me...I have NO TV..Please HELP ME HELP ME
