[Help!] no getting dn 8.10

Hi guys.

I have pansat 2700a no clon today I download bin 209 but i'm not getting satellite 8.10 i'm trying changing settings but it doesn't work either, it shows no signal. the only satellite that is working very well is DN 7.0 or 119. is somebody getting the same problem?

Hey Klutz thanks for ur reply. Knowing this I have to check up my settings again or go on the roof of this building again and see what happend with the splinter or the dish.
