[Confused!] No sig or audio till I go to antanna setup

I have a Ultra and a Max HD. One switch each and 3 dual LNB's. Receiently I noticed I could bring up a no signal or audio channel by going to the antenna setup menu and change the TP frequency to 12239. After doing this the quality graph increases in percentage. Whin I exit the menu the channel comes up in a few seconds.

What do you think could cause this?

I think that your switch needs a jump start to switch sat's if you go to a channel that it happens again try to shut it off then on from back if that works I think it's time for a new switch & I bet it's happening on the Max more then the Ultra ... the switch is powered by the receiver it could also just be loose connections in cables to receiver to sat dish .. good luck let us know what happens ...
