pansat 2700 frozen

i put in a pansat 2500 file in a 2700 reciever and it froze. Now it wont let me down load anything how can i fix the problem

Turn off the unit from the back switch. Get your computer ready to load the current BIN from this site. Start the download process on your computer, then turn on the 2700. Should come alive.
