platinum is not working

yeah i have the same problem, I'm getting an installation Failure. I tried loading the fix multiple times and i get nada...

check to see if you are on right com port setting . the bin works great ...

well the connection is great, it gets to 100% no problem, the problem is when it starts to install, it just says "FAIL"... not sure about nanomuayid's problem though...

try to factory reset then load current file & check in system infomation to see if it loaded...........
