Resending Zrqinit

I have been loading files on my viewsat platinum 2000 for over a year now all of a sudden all i get when I try to load a file is RESENDING ZRQINIT. I have tried every port 1 thru 10 i have restarted my pc, I have even bought a new null modem cable. I havent changed pc's still using the same one. I Havent changed anything before i started getting that. Im so disgusted right now plzzzzz help me

Try using another peripheral, like a mouse to the com port to make sure it works.
Looks like Com port went out the door.
If you can open the case to the computer to check connections.

If you have USB then get a USB to rs232 converter cable (makes other com port available)

Thank you for your response. I done as you said and my port com is working properly. I dont have a USB to rs232 converter cable. Guess I will just continue to watch what is free on there. I have tried everything. Once again thank you for your response.
