[Help!] Some important PPV chanels desappear!!

Hello everyone!
Maybe this is the right place to ask this question
When I download the new bin, sometimes I can see all channels, sometimes they are twice, sometimes I didn’t see ppv channels to see boxing on channels 455, 472, etc
Now channel 500 disappear and so many others. How Ican get them back?
I have Viewsat Platinum and Xtreme. I'm always reset to factory default before auto scan 110 and 119 I'm in Florida.
Please, help me out!

factory reset
set attenna for echo 110
make sure quality is above 50
save
then rescan
that should work
