Sv360 Elite freezing

I have a new sv360 elite. I am using the dish 500 looking at sat 110 and 119. After installing the sv360 it began freezing. it has been doing it for three weeks. I have tried all bin files, factory resets. Restoring it to it's original factory firmware. For some reason I can not make this thing stop freezing. I have been searching the site looking for someone with the same issue, but was unable to locate anyone. Also when it freezes, it say it has no signal or scrambled. I also have a sv8000HD, that has never stopped working. Any advise anyone has would be extreamly helpful. thanks

Unfortunately, I don't know much about it. My 360 Elite has been working fantastic since 1/9/09...even when all the others were freezing. You may want to check the freq. settings and all that (not sure though, I leave that to the experts). Sorry, I know this isn't much help

This should probably be a new thread, but in any event, my personal opinion is that you did good. As far as "being down", I haven't had any issues since the fix posted last January.
