Trio OFF SERVICE

I have install the last bin ( Ibelieve 218 ) I have the IP, it was registered and I show no service. I tried what they say in the sticky it does not work.I rebooted still nothing, any help would be very apreciated

For some unknown reason y trio is back to normal. 4 days ago I let my trio on (it was off service) and yesterday at around noon it came back by itself, I did not do anything it just came back.

Yep!! "lecram" most all server where off line, it was not on your end team cnx look like they got the systems up with little to no freezing this kinda thing happen now and then when we are down for a long time,,

Hi,I need help
actually i went and bought a brand new dongle 400 but i have plugged everything in right but the light on the dongle keeps flashing red and it wont connect to my internet. when i go to ip setup in my receiver it will not receive any of my internet information. all is shows is a whole bunch of 0's and under network setting it says not used.whatever i do the red light not turning green.i thing i have to format my receiver but i don't know how.to remind its tow dongle in 2 week and i still have same problem.to add i know there is some problem with cnx but my problem is not up to cnx because my dongle doesn't communicate with internet

you might have to reboot turn off the back and just leave it sit,, or put ip it in manual and do the same thing reboot let it sit,,
