Codiac RCMP are appealing for information from the public about two home invasions, because they're getting little information from the victims.
The invasions took place in Moncton overnight Thursday.
A 28-year-old man was arrested and was to appear in court Friday afternoon.
RCMP Staff Sgt. Terry Kennedy said the first incident happened just before midnight.
"We responded to a report of a home invasion on High Street. When members arrived they found that a 36-year-old man had been assaulted by a weapon and the suspect had fled the scene."
Kennedy said two hours later a 17-year-old was shot and a 19-year-old was assaulted at a house on Spruce Street.
Officers seized a shotgun.
