viewsat ultra problem

my receiver screen has _.E.E.5 w/ the top line of both E's and 5 missing and reciever does nothing. Please help.

can u get to your menu

try switch on the back turn off turn on . try to unplug you need to get to your menu there is a cleaner file in files use cleaner reload codes hope this will help
