Viewsat untra lite- freezing

Hey Guys I need to know if you have post new files for the Viewsat Ultra lite WF because I have the file from March 2010, but is freezing a lot, new ideas, thank you

most of the server where having problems today going off service and freezing I don't think the problems is on your end,,,
