Will these 2 harddrive work good in a raid 0 format?

(1) western digital 120GB, 7200 rpm, 8mb cache(1) western digital 250GB, 7200 rpm, 16mb cacheof the two drives I was wanted to do a Raid 0 set up, will it cancel out the fact that (1) of the drives has 16mb cache and the other doesn't if I did it in a raid or does it matter?

The drives need to have the same capacity to use RAID 0, as it is striping data across both drives.
