Wrong File Format

I just installes a new VS ultra. I tried receiver upgrade with V0146.gpm but the response was wrong file format. Can u help.

make sure you install the new ultra,factory file.......the 146 is the old file below is the new one...everything in there the factory and sat info file....the new one is on the 1st sticky in the ultra forum files but here is the link....

Try to reformat your usb stick or turn box off then on from back I had the same problem & mine works fine now Cheers.

Found the problem, it was a defective USB stick right out of the box.

If you right click start button with usb stick in comouter left click explore scroll down to removable stick it will allow you to re format you stick then it will work it has happened a few time to me & other people & has worked give it a try ...... a lot easier then getting new stick ...Cheers ..
