[Noobie Question?] viewsat xtreme v2000 no autoroll

hi guys

I got a viewsat xtreme vs2000 and it was workin fine, then i load Dbpsw-090227x.pgm about 1 week ago and the receiver shows autoroll many times but never get image or sound. I tried to turn on or off autoroll but it does not work either. It is viewsat v2000 the same viesat xtreme? could you guys let me know the settings for this kind of receiver? I did research for viewsat xtreme but i did not find information about this.

Hi I load the bin dbpsw-090303x file to the receiver but it still does not show any image or sound. I guess it the problem is in the code menu as it shows CAS: SECA CANAL PROTV 001200.

i TRIED TO CHANGE TO NAGRA and dish but it changed and when I hit exit automaticly the receiver come back to CAS: SECA and CANAL PROTV 001200. I guess that the right setting should be nagra and dish 01 06 00 which shows my receiver. how can It set up code menu or why I'm not gettin any image or audio. does somebody have some idea how to solve thsi issue?

You should not have to touch anything in code menu ... that file will set everything up .. I would right down my settings for sats... lnb...DiSEqC for each sat then do factory reset ...setup settings again rescan channels ... & do a hard reboot which is turning it off then on from back ... then put it on channel 200 & wait ... soon you will be watching tv ....Cheers

Thanks Face 33 I did what you told me and my receiver is working fine. I would like to know if Channel master work with viewsat xtreme, I tried to load, but I could'nt. Do you know what software works for viewsat xtreme channel managment?:)
