Craig surround sound

Just had a new surround system .Followed all the set up instructions but can only get 3 speakers to work everything routes through the subwoofer and it is barely audible any suggests would be appreciated

heck, I would just call an independant surround, homr theater specialist - it's only money?

Check for buttons saying 3 speaker 4 speaker 5 speaker etc... kinda thing, i got the Logitech surround sound Thx 5.1 and it hooks up on computer and dvd/tv and it has this switch at the back saying 2 spkr, 4.1 spkr and 5.1 spkr, i had it on 2, and only 2 speakers use to work... after so long, i look at the cables researched and etc.. i finnally saw that switch at the back and then i put it on 5.1 and Voilaa..it worked..u might have the same prob...
