downloading new software

Hello, I'am as new as they come to FTA. Thanks to everybody that posts info. It has really helped me to get started. However, I just bought a viewsat vs pro and can't get it to download new bins from a USB. First I plugg in my USB, then I go to update software and press ok and then I go to the software list. It keeps downloading the factory bin. Does anybody have any advice?

Still having problems downloading new bins to my new viewsat vs pro. I can't get the directions that the wizard gave me to work. Can anybody help me. I'm down to my last oz of patience. PLEASE HELP!
