i just B..new neusat ipro 2000 and i canot load the box i been try it for the pas 2 day,so how can i get loader for that how can i change the keys and i also plug the box to my pc but noting so i geting piss off , so i just need som hep ok please thank u.

File 1.1 is working fine...you will need a serial cable though to load the next file as you will lose the USB file load option.

Support has been sketchy at best since the departure of certain individuals...time will tell on this unit. I will look for loader for you stand by

hello i think i got it i used the sec.loader u sent me and the file was dowload up 3.41v2.. and it dowload then i on plug it from the cord and plug it back ,and it dit dowload epg and now i waiting for autoroll is processing.now i hoping it work ok i thank u again.ps i will let u no ok .i going to bed.bye.
