[Help!] Ihub question

I have a SV8000HD and just got a Ihub. I have a cable line going to my cable modem. Out of the modem I have a line going to one of my network cards (I have 2 nic cards) in my server. Then I have a line from the other network card in my server to a switch. I now have 3 computers networked thru the switch. Can I use the switch or do I have to use a router? Can I just connect another ethernet line from the switch directly to the Ihub? Do I disconnect all the cables from the SV8000 receiver and only connect the Ihub?

AS long as your ihub gets a IP address you should be fine .. & far as the receiver goes hook up all wires & cables as before & add enternet line in to ihub ..
