-NHL/NBA tier bug fix;
-added 495 adult channel;
-fixes VIP resetting problem due to lost IKS connection;
-inactivity after 10 minutes on unavailable IKS channel(s);
-faster TCP/UDP protocol code;
-PPV movies on the fly;
-External HDD for ViP211 IRDs support;
-CAMID and Bex Keys going 0 bug fix;
