missing channals!

Hello im not sure if this is the right place to post this but i just got all my channals back but im missing a few, like animal channal, mtv,bbc, and a couple more =( I was wondering if you know how to get it back. im using pansat 3500SD and i did blind scans and all that stuff but i have no clue why its just not finding the channals. Help would be nice =)

Try loading the new 360 bin and see it that resolves your issue.

no it didnt fix the fact that im missing most my fav channals but i dont got wait for picture any more from the bin. what i need is a way to recover my missing channals. i had them for a bit then they vanished when my reciver turned off by its self. any way to get the channals back? i did scans but will not find my missing channals..

You looking at Bev or dn? You may have to set the unit back to factory defaults and start the process all over again. There may have been a corruption of memory during the bin loading process that is preventing fresh writes to those memory locations.

When I do it still Doesnt get the channals back..

I don't have a 3500SD, so I can't verify if those channels are missing on that unit. I am receiving those channels on my 2700, so it is not something bev is doing. Did you try loading the Channel maps? That may put the channel information back for you. I looked here and did not find a posting for the 3500, but I am sure if someone reads this that has one they will upload it for you. Is it possible the channels are blocked or hidden?

The only other thing I would suggest is to load the factory files in, putting the receiver back to it's original state, and start the process from scratch.

Ok i got some of the missing channals back but not as many as when i first got the reciver ;(
