[Question?] need help on true fta for viewsat u/l

hello fta world.i could use a helping hand from those of you with more experiance than i.i have a viewsat ultrelite and would like to know what i need to do to get the true fta channels on my reciver.do i need to download a file,scan channels,factory default or what do i do.just need something to get me by until the viewsat solution to nag 3 is out(fingers are crossed on that one)thanx in advance to anyone that can help

thanx wizzard im in los angeles sat pointed south so do i just start inching it around or do i need an automatic sat turner to pick up channels as of now im on echostar 7and 10,11 110/119
