New Setup, Missing some TPs:
To restore lost TPs during a new install of a SonicView.

Some TPs on 119 (or 110) will be Spotbeams, you will only get a few of these the others are out of you area, 12224 is a spotbeam on 119.
Here is a TP Freq list for 119.

Look in the second to last column for the TP coverage area.
CONUS = National beam, so you should get all of those.
TP12 and TP18 numbers don't help find the problem since each receiver numbers the TPs differently, use the TP Freq number.
With some SVs you can manually tune a non-working TP and get it to work.
If say TP Freq 12384 isn't working try changing it to TP Freq 12385 or 12383 and see if Quality comes up. Don't change TP Freq by more than 3 points up or down.
You mention a DPP44 switch and a DPP LNB, both can give you trouble, especially if you mess with the settings.
The DPP LNB requires 2 receivers connected for power with some models of FTAs.
The DPP44 switch supplies enough power but many models of FTAs can not operate properly if connected to "receiver port 1" on the DPP44, they work fine on receiver ports 2, 3 and 4.
Because both the DPP LNB and DPP44 switch are backwards compatable with DN Legacy Receivers, when you mess with the settings, you can trigger the internal "plus" switch on either. This will cause missing TPs aplenty, lol.
To reset either "plus" switch, remove all power from the unit for at least 1 minute, then power back up, default is for non-Plus or standard DishPro operation.
To Recap:
You have to id each offending TPs' "frequency" and manually edit it in your setup.
