Null Modem

I need some help, I want to know what kind of cable I need to connect my Vs Ultra to my Pc to load a factory File, the cable you call null modem, a serial cable isn't it ?
Could I use a cable with a : USB (Pc)<----> serial port 9 pin female (Receiver) does it work to load & make the transfert to my receiver ?
Because in my Pc I don't have a serial port I have only USB, thanks.

Yes, a USB to serial works, but you still have to use a null-modem 9pin serial cable with it.

FYI - a cheap usb-serial will not work, get a good one
