Hi everybody. I am new to this forum. I have a Coolsat8000HD that I bought used. I tried to load new bin file using CSUpgrade v3.01, but nothing happened when I click start. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance for any help.

just put the update on a flash card and plug it into the coolsat...

I don't have a flash card. As a matter of fact, I don't know what a flash card is.

You now I don't have that receiver but a flash card I think is like a camara card you load the file on how do you usually load a file..

Thank you for your reply. My Coolsat8000 only has serial port and I use the Null Modem Cable to load bin. But I got it to work by a strike of luck, I forgot to turn the box on when I started the program so I turn it on after and guess what?!! It worked. Now I know you need to turn on at the same time as you start the loader.
