Can anyone point me in the right direction to some totally free Computer benchmarking program(s)? I want the program to be able to test/view my computers speeds, temperatures, etc.
Consider trying SiSoft's Sandra (the System Analyzer, Diagnostic and Reporting Assistant) application. It contains benchmarks of other computer types, so that you can observe how yours measures up compared to other PCs.
Check out PC-doctor. I got the application on my laptop and computer and it functions like a charm, it executes testing and also benchmarking the computer hardware.
Regarding monitoring program, check if your system board was included with a cd/dvd which includes support programs with it - it in all probability includes a thorough system analysis software package which will provide you with temperature ranges, voltages, fan rates, and so on.
...and if you want to test just video cards try 3Dmark from the same company:
I am going to get a hold of Four video cards shortly and I am planning to test them out with 3dmark to find out which is faster and exactly which one is best!
PC wizard its awesome, maximum benchmarking indicates your (CUP)central processing unit performance, temperatures, (GPU)graphics processing unit temperatures, performs with multi-core cpus, and while minimized remains in top corner so that you can keep track of you computer ,everything that you need and best of all its totally free!
