[Help!] set up 110 and 119

Hello All,

Im trying to setup my sonicview 4k with dish 500 on 110 and 119
i got 110 dialed in but tring to set up 119 strength is there but no quality. how do i need to position the dish because i don't know if i have that part dialed in for 119
