Sonicview 8000 freezing up

New (less than 30 days old) sonicview 8000 is freezing up and sometimes volume will disappear. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The problems just started this morning.

22 KHZ - Off
TP Freq - 12224
Diseqc - Port 1
Motor - Off
Legacy SW - None

Thanks, but this is the one that I have in my receiver at this time.

Do a hard RE-Boot from the back wait 5 minutes then turn back on...

Thanks Wizzard for your help, but I have searched the forum on how to perform a "hard re-boot" and cannot find the procedure. Can you direct me to the procedures?

A hard reboot is turning receiver off from the rear switch and waiting 5 minutes then turning back on........make sure you do not turn it off from the front.....it must be on.....that is a hard reboot...forced....work 99% of the time.....
