TP Freq. 12224 will not pick up signal or quality

well I'm a bit stumped I have a buddies VS Ultra & TP Freq. 12224 will not pick up signal or quality on that freq. so I don't get all channels on this box I have cloned it from a box that works fine still not working I have factory reset many times blind - auto -& channel scanned still not working right have loaded factory file & reloaded channels no go ,, buddy says there was lighting storm had to change Two LNB's it sounds like this box is partially had it. It still works just not all channels almost going to give up & see if dealer will exchange it . Has anyone have any ideas is it possible to reload TP Freq.s .Thanks for input . Face ..Cheers

Face here is something you can try

119, TP 12224 is a spotbeam, you might need to change the TP setting to 12239, to get signal and quality, then do an autoscan of it.
