Turn Ultra off in rear, disconnect WF power cable, disconnect phone type wire.
Turn on Ultra in rear, connect phone type wire, connect power cable.
Mine came back within three minutes................

Tried step by step and still does not work. I am using VS Ultra and file 121610. I have cleaned the ultra, reloaded boot file 090210 for wf, then 090910 file , then 121610 file and still nothing. The reloading of the files has worked in the past. I have even done a factory reset then loaded the files as above rescanned the sats and nothing. I will try anothe vs as I have plenty to try, 2 ultras & 1 ultra lite. I will let you know if that works.

These were the steps

there was no factory reset that might of thrown your sat's or alignment off.........

Also try waiting ten or fifteen seconds between steps. Doing it fast doesn't allow residual electric to disapate properly and causes it to hohd the old settings.

Check to see if there is an ip address on your WF serial network...because mine has been working without issue since last night
