Viewsat Extreme No Channels

Newbie here! Loaded the new file but still no channels. As well I had each channel showing twice. I then deleted all channels but cannot get any back even with new file. Help friends.....

Do a factory reset, load the factory bin, then install new bin and reprogram your receiver, everything should be ok then.

Thanks. I must be doing something wrong as this did not work. I did a factory reset on the actual unit then loaded the factory bin. As soon as the factory bin was loaded I then loaded the most current bin. I than hooked my system up and did a blind scan but now shows auto roll processing. If I take the auto roll off then the message says no audio no video. Does anyone know what I did wrong?

Hello again, Ok....I have made some progress...I think. My system is stuck at "Auto Rolling" and will not move..please help

There was a new bin file release on the Sept 4th for your receiver. Here is the link:

Load lastest bin then let it auto roll and you should be up and running.

I have re-loaded the latest bin but the autoroll messge is on all channels and will not go away. Could there be anything else? One thing I have noticed is my TP Freq does not save to a setting that I want it too. Could this be an issue? Basically when I go into the Antenna selection I have no green bars. When I change the TP Freq to a certain level I get green bars but it does not allow me to save the level I have changed it to...Any Ideas... THanks so much to all who have been helping and will continue to help.

viewsat xtreme and ultra are down all receivers down at 12:00pm today
we need new keys or maybe new file fix.
any help?

check all ways the file section for new update and receivers model section what you need , just let us know if your satellite gos down and what is doing , more information you give is better to get you help
